- UPS Next Day/2nd Day Air: guaranteed same day shipment if your order is placed on a business day by 11am, Central Standard Time; all Air orders entered after this time will ship the next business day.
- Your order will generally be shipped the same day if your order is placed by 11am, Central Standard Time. If your order is placed after that time, or on a non-business day, your order will ship the next business day. No C.O.D. will be accepted.

International shipping methods and delivery ETAs:
- UPS Worldwide Expedited: 7-10 business days after the item ships.
- USPS First Class International (North America only): up to 20 business days after the item ships.

This product is a life changer for people with high histamine intolerance like me. I take one pill (2 when the food is very high in histamine & I’m even more sensitive than usual) at least 15min before I eat something, I know will react to usually. I either have no histamine reaction (cramps, migraine histamine hang over etc.) at all or it is minor. I highly recommend this product.
